I'm leaving the South Pole today, in about 1.5 hrs.  If all goes well, I should spend tonight in McMurdo, fly to Christchurch the next day (Feb. 1st), and then fly back to the US on Feb. 2nd, probably arriving in Chicago Thursday night.  I can give further updates when I'm in New Zealand, but I just wanted to let everyone know I'm on the way back home!
